Description
The sport of gymnastics combines grace and beauty with controlled power. Coach Steve Nunno provides a detailed overview of gymnastic fundamentals, through which that power is developed. Repetition of basic skill drills ingrains different biometrics and basic gymnastic positions in the gymnast's muscle memory. This DVD covers skill progressions and lead-ups for floor exercise, balance beam, vault, and uneven parallel bars, helping gymnasts and coaches alike develop the solid foundation necessary to progress to more advanced levels.
