The Camel Club is a four-man group of Washington, D.C. misfits, that meet weekly to discuss political conspiracies they believe exist and what actions they might take. One night club members witness the murder of Secret Service employee Patrick Johnson, thus thrusting the wacky crew into the middle of a bigger conspiracy than they could ever have imagined.

While trying to protect his identity from a man seeking revenge for the death of his father, Oliver Stone, a former CIA assassin, and a group of justice seekers protect Annabelle Conroy, a woman who stole millions of dollars from a casino owner in retaliation for her mother's murder.

After a bomb detonates near the motorcade of the U.S. president and Britain's prime minister, British MI-5 agent Mary Chapman--along with the help of Oliver Stone, Harry Finn, Alex Ford and the rest of the Camel Club--investigates whether or not the bomber had a different target in mind.
